7/10 the atm isnt working maybe if you drive no big deal but for anyone who walks to the bank (in the cold and all) this is absolutely just a kick in the nuts to get there and see that you cant deposit your cash that you need to deposit to make a payment on something… how much money do we give yall, okay sweet so service and maintain your atms before people start finding somewhere more reliable to go this is absolutely unacceptable, once in a blue moon okay fine is what it is but majority of the time the machine is not serviced or working properly thats just a joke, why claim to have a 24/7 atm if it only works 24/2?

I love this bank. The girls are super friendly and they make you feel welcome. If you have any questions or need help they are right there. I also love the service. The Ridley branch girls are always smiling and cheerful.

This bank and 9/10 of the departments are just awful. They have been giving my elderly mother the run around for months about her mortgage insisting she hasn't paid. it was their fault because not only was it paid, they were putting her payments in the wrong acct. this morning she received a call from a very rude representative, she argued with my elderly mother and in response my mother said "what is wrong with you ppl over there" the question she was asked in return.... "what do you mean "you people" yes this representative was a person of color. she knew exactly what my mother meant yet she chose that response. my advice to this rep... get a new job because clearly you have issues and cannot act as a rep for this company.

I had such a great experience at this branch with Shumalia. She really went the extra mile to help me and my 91 year old dad . We came in with a difficult case and I was clueless. She took a lot of time with us and was so funny and kind.

I've been a customer of TD Bank for 8+ years and 3 names readily come to mind: Janice, Jewel and Laura. They've made banking so personable. With Jewel always asking after my family, my son in particular...as she's literally watched him grow up. Laura, always greeting me so warmly and with great welcome over the years, assisting me with such patience, understanding and compassion (no matter how big or small the matter...and that matters). Then there's Janet. I just like her! She has been such a fixture of stability and calm. All of these qualities are what led me to recommend that my young adult begin their banking journey with TD Bank. I trust this staff. Now, I've entrusted my child into their care. Thanks, TD Bank Folsom!

Very disappointed. Wants me to go to Chester to handle my banking needs because I opened my account at the branch in Chester. Very dismissive with the issues I’m experiencing.

The young girl working at the drive through never put my Amex card and my drivers license back into the envelope. Once I realized this I had to go into the bank bc the drive thru was too busy, and after I told another clerk what happened I waited 15min to get my cards back. All they had to do was walk a few steps into the back and grab them. I was extremely frustrated. Years ago I deposited a personal check from a job I did. They made it available almost immediately without checking if the funds would clear. Needless to say the check was no good, and I was penalized for it EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MADE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE WITHOUT EVEN CONFIRMING THE CHECK WAS GOOD!!!!!
