I just came in to do a quick Amazon return but there was a line. The worker, Casey was so patient and helpful with the customers that were struggling with returns. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure they got what they needed. She was clear about pricing and helped get things sent to the printer. I think people behind me were impatient but I know those other customers needed and appreciated her help. Well done!

Excellent! Today was my first visit to this location. Before going, I called to ask a question. I was pleasantly surprised when an actual human being answered after a few rings. Not any human being, but a warm, professional, with actual concern for my issue.
Shortly thereafter, I arrived at the UPS location. I quickly noticed people going into UPS, and almost moments later, leaving the establishment, after conducting their business.
Upon my entrance into UPS, I was warmly greeted, by Will. He was totally amazing. Will was friendly, very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I saw first hand why patrons were able to complete their business in such a short period of time. I will be returning to avail myself of the many services that UPS offers.
