“I was driving by and noticed that Toys was now selling smoked meats retail in addition to doing deer processing. I stopped in and got a pound of bacon and a ring of bologna. The bacon was excellent, with a good smoky flavor. I'll definitely be going back for more. The bologna also had a very good flavor, a pleasant departure from the strong garlic (and only strong garlic) seasoning that seems to be the norm in the area. However, it was ground more coarsely than that from places like Kevin's, M&S and Tom's Meats. This made it too -- I guess "chewy" would be the right word -- for my taste, even when sliced thin.”
