Service was great at a fair price. They have been established for years and their work speaks for itself.

These brothers are always friendly and helpful. They are honest and don't try and rip me off with unnecessary work on my truck.

The owner of this shop called and harassed my colleague over an incorrect vehicle diagnosis on our company car that prompted a negative review claiming that he would sue for slander and libel or take the matter to court. Look, if 3 or 4 other shops give the same second opinion that your diagnosis of the car was incorrect, then take that feedback as it is and improve on it from there. People don't like getting jipped which is why they browse around and get another opinion. The fact that you're so violent against feedback that you try to demean us and throw us under the bus is a concern that other people need to see and the fact that your shop tried to charge us a fortune for what would take a couple hundred bucks to fix is even more glaring. Therefore, as a collective, it's fair that since it is a company car, you get a 2 for one special negative review. The conduct we experienced is unacceptable, unethical and reflects not just the business's reputation, but your personal reputation. We will not be back and we urge others not to visit either. No recommendation from us.

Exhaust system installed and immediately sounded just as loud as before it was replaced. Went back after months trying to make apointnent and exhaust needed welded. A few days later the leak was noticed again. Multiple phone call messages left asking to bring vehicle back in for repair at their convenience and no return calls. Do not stand by their life time commitment. Do not reccomend. No longer get another penny from me.

Jim and Craig seemed very helpful originally. Very persuasive too, which will come with a price tag later as we speak. I took my used sedan to this garage, as they helped me with my brakes before on another vehicle. The work done by them seemed to be rather good, so I went back again. Well, this will change. My used vehicle was pulling to one side, and making a creaking noise. I trusted them. Within 10 minutes, they had said my rack and pinion was "shot". And that I should leave it there because it is unsafe to drive. Well, I trusted them, and called up my warranty company. That day, i was told for a new rack and pinion, struts, and for them to fix the "entire front end" would be $2100. 2 days pass and my warranty company called me after they sent a mechanic to go look at this "issue". They would only cover $1,400 of it. I was then called by the garage, and Jim said "Do you have another $2,800?" I said absolutely not. He was rambling off random parts that were "needed". My mother was extremely upset that they were bullying me into forking out my entire downpayment on the vehicle. We took it right over the hill to another shop, and within 15 minutes of it being test driven by the owner, and his employees putting it up on the lift plus SHOWING me the exact parts moving when they shouldn't, the "rack and pinion" was actually an outer tie rod worn and also a bushing gone on the lower control arm. The rack and pinion was still like new, and was SAFE to drive, unlike what they said. My new $300 bill is better than the $3,800 one they tried to sell me. Plus, I had to fork over $150 after they illegally extorted my to get my key back. Absolutely insane, and I would like my $1550 back because NO garage charges a quote and diagnosis fee.

Honest people Jim didn't try to sell me stuff that wasn't needed. I appreciate the way he did business with me. I would definitely go back.
