WHO THE HECK EATS JUST ONE TACO for $17.50 a person (cost w/delivery) - DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM CHIPOTLE WITHOUT GETTING THE FACTS FIRST. First off, we ordered the Triple Build your own Taco for 10 people and got 5 crispy shells and 5 soft shells. I looked on the order and it does not specify how many shells come with the order, nor does it allow you to order extra shells. It appears each selection (crispy or soft) is considered a package, but it doesn't state the package quantity, but one would think at least 10 of each (crispy and soft) When I called to complain, I got a central customer service center, who would NOT connect me directly to the restaurant to confirm what we should have received. He told me, however, the "TRIPLE" only comes with 5 crispy and 5 soft. He said I should have gotten bowls, I said crispy taco bowls, and he said no plastic bowls. We did not get either type of bowl, but seriously who eats a taco from a plastic bowl, the package was marketed as make your own taco? As I stated, bare minimum, the package should come with 10 crispy and 10 soft shells, 2 per person, would be reasonable, but honestly I would think even a little more than 10 & 10. And the kicker was, when I asked to speak to someone higher in management when speaking with the central "call center" the person told me he could not do that, he could only send me a feedback form within 48 hours and I said that's not really desired, that I should be able to speak to someone now, especially since we didn't even get the "plastic" bowls, he proceeded to hang up on me.TO CLARIFY, the 5 crispy & 5 soft is CORPORATE policy , not restaurant policy. The food that we received was good, but as a consumer you have basically no ability to speak with the restaurant directly, you have to go through a central call center which has limited ability to provide and immediate response. Jacob the general manager of the store, did try to address this issue once he was made aware, but it took a little time, so that gesture was much appreciated, and why I changed service from 1 to 2 stars.

This is the 2nd time in 2 two weeks that Dresher Chipotle was out of 3 major ingredients at 7:45pm. The employees had the grill scraped and were no longer making fresh chicken. The ingredients they did have in available looked dry and crusty. So I left. I can’t go to any locations nearby anymore because they all have poor reviews. The company does 9.9 Billion in revenue per year.

I don't know what the problem is with the locations around here, but they're always out of food. Today was no different. No dressing and no guacamole. When I got to the checkout I noticed two full containers of guacamole and the person working said I couldn't have that because that's for online orders only. They're poorly managed at best.

After 8 months abroad without Chipotle, today we finally meet again.Customer service was acceptable, allowing me to add an extra Tortilla, rice and beans without hesitation. The flavor was rich, with a hint of Cilantro quality chicken in each bite.Unfortunately the experience was not perfect. While the side Guacamole was as fresh as a baby's bottom, the chips it came with were expired, like a sad baby left on the side of the roadConcluding the purchase I found an old gift card from my ex-lover, Lisa. A whole mix of emotions were brought on where things went wrong and how they could have been different. Maybe I could have invited her to travel with me, supporting eachother and challenging ourselves to grow into our best selves while we explore the world together as a team. Still I remain grateful to save that extra $10.Overall I rate the meal 4 / 5 stars

Big girl at the register needs an attitude check, maybe even a therapist.. she was so mean for no reason and scolded me for asking for napkins.

We went there at 7:30pm and it was packed. We ordered a bowl and the server gave us rice and meat without vegetables. He didn't even check to see if it was in stock and just said there was none. He didn't try to fill it up even though most of the ingredients for serving were empty. It was my first time experiencing something like this, so I was very embarrassed. We canceled the order and left, but it seems like a lot of operator training is needed.

Crew does a lousy job at making online orders. I paid nearly $20 for a steak asada bowl and LITERALLY received 3 pieces of meat. My whole bowl was essentially rice and veggies. So tired of paying establishments the price that they charge but I don't receive what I pay for!!!! It's so rare nowadays to get good and efficient service from people who actually care about the quality of their work that they serve others.

The young female staff who work here ruin the experience. Rude, don’t want to work, don’t provide receipts. They think their pay comes from someone besides the people who pay for food. The place is dirty, the counters are gross, the credit card machine doesn’t get wiped down.
