They are just like every other insurance company, crooks! I am probably one of the safest drivers out there, 37 with zero accidents and no speeding tickets, yet my rates continue to climb. In the year or so I’ve had them my monthly rate has increased by over $100! It’s ridiculous and time to find a better rate. I’d stay far away from them.

As with all products' a good consumer will shop to find what suits them best. All things being equal, the cost of the service is a top factor in choosing a product.

This agent quoted a premium, issued a homeowners policy and after the quoted premium was paid in full, Allstate was taking additional monies from my checking account. When the agent was contacted he appeared that he was unaware of why Allstate was charging an additional amount. Despite the contract being finalized, Allstate is changing the contract terms unilaterally, without notice or agreement.This is bait and switch & fraud on the ***************** holder, as I am, who entered an agreement with this agent in good faith.This is not only breach of contract but fraud in the inducement.*********************************

Avoid this agency. Quoted a premium price for Homeowner's insurance. Paid the quoted premium in full. A month later noticed monies being withdrawn from my checking account. When contacted this agency, Frank Simola couldn't 'the explain the additional amount withdrawn from my account, without my knowledge or consent. Finally , Frank Simola , ( after policy issued & premium paid) started questioning me about a claim made on a condo in Marylandd, which had nothing to do with my PA property. Also, told This agent about a claim on another property owned by me, which Frank Simola indicated was not relevant. Failing a complaint against this agent &Allstate for bait, switch & fraud. Avoid this agency.
