Service is just plain rude. Always the same.

The clerk at the desk was rude. I hoped this location would be better than my experience at other locations. Nope! I left immediately, I’m tired of paying companies and people to mistreat their customers.

Second visit in a row with a massive hematoma in my elbow because of incompetent blood draw people. Add to that the indifference at the front desk, and you have a disastrous corporate hiring practice. Go somewhere else.

I showed up at 6:55 for a 7 am drop in, as its states drop in start at 7am. There was another man waiting there as well, he said they always open late, last time he was there no one showed up till 7:30am and he wasn’t seen till 7:40am. I waited till 7:10am and left. The lights weren’t even on, no one was there so I knew there was no way it be a quick in and out thing. Went down the street to the labcorp location on Presidential Ave in Fort Washington got seen within 10 minutes! Will only be using this location in the future.

This locations hours are 7 am to 2:30 pm. No one was there until 715 am. My appointment was 715, obviously she never took my blood until 730. The lab technician was nice, but the doors should be open at 7 am to take appointments on time.

The techs are wonderful and they take great care of the patients. The line always moves quickly and everyone there is friendly and courteous.

Waiting time was so long. There was one employee in the place.
I will not come here again.

Ironically, I said "Nicely done" to the technician as she removed the syringe and applied the bandage. Fifteen minutes later I had returned to work and noticed the bandage was more bloody than usual. I lifted the tape and found an oval shaped hard lump about 1" by 1/2" raised about 1/2 inch from the crook of my elbow. Looking online, I learned that this is called a hematoma, which is caused when the needle exits the back side of the vein causing blood to pool under the skin. Not so nicely done after all.

Marie was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and gentle. I was super nervous as it was my first time getting my blood taken. My fear is now gone! Thank you

Marie was there by herself, as I guess the other person called out, and she was doing a great job of handling a full waiting room and drawing blood. All while remaining pleasant and being upbeat. She definitely deserves a raise!

Best Labcorp experience I’ve had. Was in and out quickly despite being a walk in, the girls working were very nice and efficient.

First of all I went to the LABCorp location located in Spring House, PA in the Jefferson/Abington building on Bethlehem Pike. The lab there was a Jefferson facility until they sold it to Lab Corp. Not a good move from a patient's point of view. You have to sign yourself in by using your driver's license, and insurance cards. There is no signage to indicate you need these cards in order to get "signed in". Once you are done that there is a wait to see a person (only one) behind a desk to formally register you. This operation does not seem to speed things up, for I have gotten my blood taken there many times, and there was no wait time. Now at the new company, LAB corp there was a long line to use the scanner for your cards and then a long line to be seen by the clerk and then another line for the lab tech. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed in this new ownership of the outpatient lab. I will never return. When I used Lab Corp in the past, I was not happy about their wait time and it has only gotten worse. The last time I was using Lab Corp was 2010. I would have thought it would have gotten better but it is much worse. I will go to my local hospital for blood work. Plus the lab tech was bad. Tourniquet was on too tight, I had to ask her to loose it. The bandage, which was a wrap around, was on so tight I could not bend my arm. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY.

I went to the 1244 Fort Washington Ave location, I was greeted nicely by Serena. She told me where the kiosk was and I easily checked in successfully. Then, Marie was amazing taking my labs. She was professional, nice, gentle, thorough, accommodating and even though I am a challenge, she was successful on the first try to get my vein. She made me feel really comfortable bc she was giving me positive calming phrases along the way. Thank you for the above and beyond great customer service!!!
