Stop here for coffee almost once a week on the way back to NE PA. Coffee is always fresh and tasty. Any interaction with employees is always friendly and helpful. Location is easy on/off from PA turnpike.

Wawa in general should be ashamed at what it has become which is less quality then a fast food restaurant. I drive a truck for a living and I stopped to get gas and thought against my better judgement to get a quesadilla. I got the chicken fajita quesadilla. These are pictures of how the chicken is prepared to be placed in the quesadilla. This is really pathetic. Three pieces, chunks if you will one in each piece of quesadilla. This chicken is heated in a bag a put into a container in a hot station. Since it's already prepared shouldn't be shredded. You at Wawa need to really examine what you have become and think about shrinking the menu to specialize in the items you prepare best, you probably throw away most of your food anyway. I unfortunately could not tell you what you do best anymore. What made you what you are were your hoagies and good lunch meat, NOT ANYMORE. Do better!!!!!

Update:
Months later and they still don’t know how to make a salad. I avoided ordering food at the kiosk since they gave me lettuce I was allergic to, but I decided to try again seven months later and they still managed to mess up my salad. Ordered the same thing I usually do, I usually get chicken strips plus extra and I was so focused on making sure they didn’t give me lettuce that I was allergic to that I didn’t even notice they didn’t give me any chicken strips. So not only did they forget the first set of chicken strips. They also forgot the extra. Never ordering food here again.
I never usually write reviews, especially when my experience is typically good but this is an allergy issue. Tonight I ordered a salad through the app. I asked for spring mix but was given romaine. Unfortunately, I am allergic to romaine lettuce and me being so exhausted from work didn’t notice until after a few bites. I didn’t notice until I started having an allergic reaction that I got the wrong lettuce. Thankfully this allergy isn’t life threatening, just itchy throat and mouth, but god forbid it was! Please have the staff be more careful when preparing food.

Check your orders. They regularly mess up sizes or ingredients. I live next door & they’ve gotten atleast 4/5 of my last orders wrong. In store, on the app, no difference. Even tried ordering Car side as I have a toddler, I even parked closest to the door for their convenience. 20 minutes later, my 1 egg burrito sat on the counter & worker just walked around confused? Had to walk in & grab it anyway. So it’s really hit or miss.. mostly miss. This is a picture of my 24 oz drink that they made as a 16 oz.

had the audacity to mock and laugh at me after Wawa doublecharged me for my order and refused to help me in any way. She wanted me to buy a bag for 10 cents. Never go to this Wawa, EVER!

Definitely feel like it should be a little quicker here. Didn't order anything extravagant and it took almost 20min to get my order ready. Could have been understaffed.

consistently the longest wait times of any wawa i’ve been to. zero sense of urgency is displayed by any of the employees. not to mention they stopped bags so now people who order bowls get to carry super hot items by hand! this wawa sucks, constant bad experiences
