I schedule an appt and told the guy exactly what I wanted. He repeated it back to me while we were still on the phone. I go in and tells me he can't do it because it would take to long. At the shop we went over in person what I wanted, so he rescheduled me 2 days later. Now I get a call that he won't have enough time then either. So then I call back and ask if I can get 12 words done instead. Take a guess what the answer was. I asked him why did he even bother to reschedule me? His answer was I don't know. I am always busy on Saturday's. So no...I definitely would not go here.
