From the salesperson who had the knowledge of the washing machine we were interested in, to the installers who arrived at time stated and took the time to answer all questions in a friendly & professional manner. Don't waste your time at one of the big box stores! Go with a mom & pop shop like Kleckner's.”
“This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.”

I must say, I’m beyond delighted and thankful to have gotten my water pipe work done by this company because of the 3 employees who performed it.
Since they arrived, WAYDE, RAFAEL and NOAH were super pleasant and amicable; the job was supposed to be “a regular one” until they pigged open the pipe. The pipe was so corroded that it broke while trying to pull it out. That extended their work hour way above the expected. All of the sudden, a house, up 2 houses from mine, got on fire and they didn’t hesitate a bit to drop their tools and ran inside that house. Wayde and Noah helped bringing couple of people out from one house (my neighbor & I at the other house, twin house). They went all around both houses, back yards, windows, making sure nobody was inside until the fire dept arrived. Then went right back to their work and kept on working on their pipe with the same amicability, pleasant personality. Finishing the pipe work at midnight. I take this time to write this small recognition because, despite the frustration I believe they might of about the broken pipe that extended their job like 5 more hours, they didn’t even blink on hesitation to run towards that house on fire, and then return to his job finished it and still (at 12am) were so friendly and willing to explain the work performed and the next day steps to follow. Always with a big smile….Specially Wayde and Rafael whom I interacted the most. Thank you guys!”

“Had my lawnmower serviced here and was impressed by the level of professionalism, timely communication, and quick turnaround time. I didn’t know what the issue was but they were able to get things up and running again. I had my mower in and out within 24 hours. The labor costs are pricey, but you’re paying for their expertise. I appreciated that they cleaned off my mower and had it looking brand new as well. As someone who knows nothing about mowers, they provided me with insight and education around how to better attend to things going forward.”
“Words can't express the gratitude I have for the geek squad at Quakertown Pa Best Buy. The screen of my phone broke. I have TMobile and got a new phone, but they couldn't transfer all my contacts and no pictures transferred. There was nothing they could do because I didn't upload files to Google! I was devastated! I decided to try the Geek Squad. They were able to transfer everything! Such a relief! It was only $40, which was well worth retrieving all those memories!”

“My husband and I always go to Radovan “Rad” whenever we visit this location. He always exceeds and demonstrates all of Home Depot’s company values whenever he is helping a customer. He always makes sure we are getting the best deal, helps us utilize our Pro Account and helps us navigate the Home Depot app while checking out.
He is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee at the location, hands down. If it weren’t for him we would’ve walked away paying $27.47, instead he helped us use our pro account and we ended up paying only $2.47!!! Rad again always displays every core value Home Depot teaches every employee, and he would be perfect for a management position and or training new associates looking to join the Home Depot team!
