I had an excellent experience with Carpency Auto. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and confident that my car was in good hands. Rob and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explained everything to me in a clear and understandable way. The repairs were done promptly, and my car is running like new again. I also appreciated their fair pricing and transparent communication throughout the entire process. Like to start off of saying thank you to the team you guys are amazing. I came in all stressed out about my vehicle and the calmness and reassurance I received from the team was amazing. They’re very knowledgeable. They call you in regards to the process before just doing things they ask what you need what you want to turn around time of me receiving my vehicle back was outstanding highly recommend.

The owner of Carpency never informed us that my son’s car was ready for pick up. My son laid in ICU for 30 days and passed away. When we contacted the owner he never called us back. We attempted twice. We finally went in person and the owner charged us 65.00 per day for having my son’s car parked on his lot while my son laid in ICU. While we understand that a business is there to make money. What we have a problem with, is running a business without compassion for those who frequent their establishments. This was an unusual occurrence and a business owner should never lose the human touch.

I had a very pleasant experience with this mechanic shop. As someone who doesn't have much knowledge about car maintenance, I felt very comfortable and welcomed at the front desk.
