Wawa has friendly and receptive staff, making customers feel welcome. However, the store layout is poorly designed, causing issues with parking, especially during deliveries when many spots are lost, making it difficult for delivery trucks to fit into the narrow loading bay. Customers have experienced long waits, such as waiting over 40 minutes for mobile orders, with some orders not being ready and delays in receiving items. Despite these issues, the quality of food can be excellent, with some customers praising the beef and cheese quesadilla as the best meal ever, and others enjoying a good selection of items. The store is smaller than larger Wawas but still offers enough to be a good spot.
The employees are always nice but whomever designed the layout for their shop should be fired.When deliveries come ,they lose the majority of their parking spots and I feel for the delivery people who have to squeeze large trucks into a narrow loading bay…

I made a mobile order w the intentions of picking it up and going, just to arrive to an empty store, workers standing around, 20 min after I made my mobile order for 2 items, and no order ready? To then wait ANOTHER 20 min as people who arrive after me get their items before me. And my smoothie does not taste like mango.
