“I just took off one star because of a recent visit where I had an appointment for the free notary services. As members, my daughter and I have always used this service with no problems; however, when we arrived for the appointment to simply have my daughter's signature witnessed and notarized to get a copy of her father's death certificate, we were told that they no longer notarize anything other than bank-related/financial items. The person was kind enough to direct us to the nearest auto tag place to find a notary; but nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed.”

“I really love this bank! It's one of few where they don't have a monthly fee for having accounts with them. In my most difficult of times they treated me like family and I am grateful for every fee they waver from time to time. The employees are very warm and welcoming every visit for the past year I have been with them. I have had accounts with a few other Banks, always some kind of fees bull crap. Again they have no maintanance fees ,you actually have free range on your finances. I recommend them on any given day of the week.”

“This bank is a great bank with chip cards, tap cards, and a robust online banking system. They did tell me that personal checks cannot be put into a business account per federal regulations. They also warned me that fraud is super common and that sometimes it is out of the bank's hands and more of a federal case. Overall helpful with any issues that came up.”

“I have been a very satisfied PNC Bank customer for many years. For about 20 years I have been using the Flourtown, Pa. branch and every time they are always very pleasant and go out of their way to assist a customer. Today, one of the employees, Michelle, at the end of her day, (out in the rain) stopped to help me. My car wouldn't start after I went into the bank to use the ATM~ The battery in my FOB was dead, and I couldn't open it to replace it. Michelle spent a good 15 minutes in the rain and managed to open the little device for me so i could change the battery and my car started. This branch especially is the most caring, considerate, client centered PNC I have encountered~ always going over and beyond and exceeding all expectations. Thank you!”

“I've been a customer of TD Bank since they opened. I have my business account and two personal accounts there. Never had a problem with the drive through, cashing a check, or anything for that matter. Over the years we've had are cards frozen because of potential fraud, sometimes it was legitimate and sometimes not. I know it can be an inconvenience, but better safe than sorry. All staff there has always been professional and courteous.”

“I was with Penn Community bank for 4 years in Levittown right off of business route 1 and I thought they were great. Had Saturday hours which is a plus for someone who can't get to the bank during work week. The entire staff were friendly and helpful but I liked that they all knew my name and that's not so common these days. The only draw back was there are very few Penn Community Banks in bucks county and I moved out of town and had to change banks. If you're in the market for a new bank you should give them a try, it's an open bank meaning it not a union, wheel chair accessible and has a drive thru.”

“My wife and I went to see Gail Brett, the Asst VP Store Manager at TD Bank in Lansdale, PA. A confusing, erroneous, large payment transaction to our dental company needed to be corrected. Gail cleared up our confusion of the complicated transaction, and gave us two options to resolve the problem. Then Gail made the correction changes and all is correct now 100%. In only a matter of minutes she was able to fix this complex problem. And she assured us no penalty fees would be charged. Most of all, Gail is professional and personable. It was a pleasure having her support us with this matter and we appreciate her excellent customer service very much. A+++++”
