Most unfriendly customer service I encountered! Then they found out how much money I had and they were so nice. I do not recommend this bank after reading thier policies seems are out to keep as much of your money as possible.

Do not use their ATM if you don't have an account with them if your card gets stuck they will not return it even if they are open when it happens.Thier is no display of this policy on thier ATMs. Total disrespect for non- account holders. I had to get the police involved at the Franconia branch to get my card back. Telling everyone I know to avoid this bank.

Came here for checks for my boss today and the older lady is not friendly and seems very uninterested in helping me. I feel as I’m bothering her.It’s not good look for the bank because she’s the first face I see walking into this building. I’ve herd someone else say there never friendly at this location also. So sad.

Called to see if I could get something notarized. The experience seemed like a hassle to the notary, it took maybe 3 minutes .. franconia never seems really friendly when I go inside .. maybe a team meeting on customer service is needed

This used to be a nice, local, easy facility. Now all you do is wait in the drive-thru line forever! And heaven forbid you get behind someone who has a problem, because they won't ask him to pull around and come inside, they'll just make you wait. And then not even apologize for the delay. Awesome customer service.....NOT!!! Come on people, you can do better than this. You sure used to local easy

Great local back with a person am feel. Feels like the old days whatever you're doing keep it going weather is the customer service of the just the genuine desire to please people it's great and noticed thank you
