I went to the AT&T store in Franklin, PA to get a new iPhone to replace my old one. They didn't have a huge variety of the iPhone 14 Pro Max but I was very lucky that they had something in stock to satisfy my needs. The service representative on site was able to answer all my questions and the process to switch over to a new device didn't take that long. Overall I am a very satisfied customer and hope the employees are acknowledged for their efforts. Thank you!

We visited the AT&T store in Franklin, PA. Kyle, the employee that took care of our many requests was awesome. He went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied. The service we received made us happy to be AT&T customers.

Jasmine has been absolutely outstanding in assisting me with my cell phone questions and needs. She is very pleasant, patient, and professional. She is also very knowledgeable in her field of work. I have observed her work ethic while I have been in the store. She treats each customer with the highest degree of respect.
