If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to find my package which was delivered to wrong location and not the first time. If other shipping companies can deliver to my house they should after all everyone has GPS locations. Maybe FedEx should employ delivery drivers instead of using independent contractors.

We lived in our house for 12 years now and never had a problem with our packages being delivered to our porch or a mailbox now they leave them by the road or by our trash bins thanks again FedEx

I am very dissatisfied with this service. UPS and USPS always deliver directly to my door but FedEx left mine and others' packages sitting at the postbox center half a block away outside of the lockboxes where anyone could take them. Sloppy work and totally disrespectful of the recipients. I will advise Amazon to not use them anymore.
