These guys were great delivering a mattress this week. Our lane was not plowed yet we had just got home from work. The 2 delivery guys carried it up the lane and put it on our porch. Great customer service. Can’t tell you how much we appreciate the extra effort. Thank you.

My Driver kicks ass. He not only delivers to the proper house, but gives my dog a treat when he delivers. My wife always raves about the customer service that she gets from the driver as well.
He deserves a big fat raise for putting up with ungrateful people who don't understand how hard their job is especially during the holidays.
Only if other customers would be nice to the delivery drivers since they are risking their lives for customers that don't care about anything except for themselves. They work 6 to 7 days a week with no breaks and get treated like crap all the time. Between heavy boxes, animal bites, and slip and falls, they risk it all for selfish people for inadequate pay.

This place can't seem to get it together. Ive called numerous times and told them that their drivers are leaving my extremely valuable packages (some of which ive not received) to the wrong houses! They have assured me multiple times it would be corrected. Yet today, another package valued over $500 (which was already a replacement) was delivered to the wrong house! Unreal! Luckily no thanks to fed ex I was able to track down the delivery and retrieve my package from someone else's doorstep.

FedEx is absolutely horrible I’d like to see them go out of business. They haven’t delivered to our whole town in 3 days and they keep pushing the delivery date back not just for me but for the whole town. I can’t believe this is how they run a business I would give them zero stars if I could

I am disabled have a 48 foot ramp outside my house FedEx can't seem to deliver to my house always deliver it to someone else have numbers on mailbox and a metal sign with address and color of house also have color of house on app for driver instructions they must hire people that can't read house numbers and our color blind. They are way over paid for the service they do . I try to get everything shipped by someone else FedEx is a joke for customer service and realibility

In the past 2 weeks I have not gotten my package when I was supposed to. The first one they had the wrong address. Now today has been in Franklin since 5:42 am and it never showed up. This is ridiculous. I could have went this morning and picked it up myself. What is the deal with them.

I don't like leaving reviews, but this has been the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I was notified it would be delivered two days ago, well a FedEx van came to my house after 5:30, and tried to give me someone else's package, they didn't have mine on the vehicle.
Next day I saw a fedex van drive past my house, I guess they didn't have it either.
Today it says delayed all day and I guess they won't be attempting delivery until Monday which I can't be home to sign for so I guess it'll be delayed even more after that.
The customer service is outsourced to some call center in India and you can't contact the local facility in any way or even send an email.
Not to mention the reviews of this location by employees so their rating doesn't look as bad as it should.

Says it was delivered. I see no package at my house. I can't get a hold of anyone in Franklin. Pathetic l. I hate when my items are shipped with FedEx instead of UPS.

Our local Fed Ex delivery service must be among the worst in the world. Both UPS and the post office deliver packages to our rear enclosed deck. Fed EX however delivers them anywhere they feel like. We have had packages delivered at night in a snow bank at the bottom of an unlit driveway, in the driveway, between garage doors, behind garage doors (we have almost run over them before as we were unaware they were there), and where ever else they feel like it. They don't even bother to notify us a package was delivered, so it is always a complete surprise. As noted we have a front porch with a roof and an enclosed rear deck, but they leave packages in the rain or snow and don't seem to care. Your drivers are either lazy or incompetent or the company does not care. We are both in our 70's with some mobility issues, and this does not help. We have even requested that our online suppliers use ANYONE BUT Fed Ex. Sorry this is so long, but your service is that BAD and deserves the appropriate space. Jon (a very dissatisfied customer).

Paid extra for 2nd day shipping on Thursday, it is now Tuesday and still no package. Needed this delivery for a job on Monday. Fed Ex is the worst shipper and there packages never arrive on time, but they have no problem taking extra money for an express shipment. Cherry on top is you cant even get a hold of anybody on the phone. Automated service only gives you updates then hangs up on you. Will pay extra now on to never use fed ex again. It is actively hurting our business and operations. unbelievable excuse for a "business"

Can not read instructions, ask to open door and put on porch, even have sign on door that states this and they still set it on the steps in front of the door!!! Does not matter what the weather is like. Then I have to go out the back door and around front to get it because I can’t open the front porch doorI hate when I see they gave the package to FEDEX. Very poor company!
