The man that did our taxes had no idea what he was doing. He only had to file my husbands social security and my social security. He forgot mine. The forms were sent in wrong. I found the mistake later later that day.We went in to the office the next day. He should have filed an amendent to the first form. Instead he filed a new set of forms . His boss told us he should not have sent the second set and to wait until we got a refund from the IRS to see which form they excepted and the to let her know and they would try to get it straightened out. What a mess. I called to talk to her today and got customer service somewhere and was told they didn't know who I talked to and would try to contact the office to have someone call us back. That was after being on hold 15 minutes to customer service. Again what a mess.
