“Stopped in at the Seneca, Pa Kay's for a cleaning and had the luck of being greeted by Rhonda. She was like meeting up with and old friend. She took the time to carefully inspect the ring set and promptly let us know a prong had broken off. She went above and beyond and set it up to do preventative maintenance as they repair it by building up the other prongs. So glad to have a thorough, caring associate to entrust our ring care to.”
