I was in an unfortunate situation tonight where I didn't have a bed that I was able to get into due to my physical limitations. It was after hours and Rachel was able to miraculously get the necessary documents needed for me to have a bed delivered to my home. Jeff was the amazing man who delivered a bed for me that I could get in/out of both safely and independently. Without these caring individuals I don't know what I would have done. These two angels have restored my faith in humanity and are a true asset to the Vantage team. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing durable medical equipment. “I live an hour and a half from oil city, but my husband works in Franklin. My daughter needed a nebulizer and none of our local medical supply companies accept TRICARE. I called this company and they answered the phone right away. Explained the situation and how far away I was. She said they close at four but Somebody would be there until five. Just to have him call or knock on the door when he got there. My husband showed up at 4:45 to pick up my daughter’s nebulizer and they let him in and treated him with nothing but kindness.”
