Still SMH. Forced to text a message to get in line for my 9am appt. Then robot ask questions of what I needed at their appt. Someone working in this bank that doesn't have to be micro managed by corporate idiots needing 10 days to review something, sadly was not one of the answers.? And I better not start getting spam from you demanding my phone number for service.?

I've done business here for my work, as a business customer, and have always received excellent service. I have rarely had to wait long, the tellers always remember to give me deposit slips from night drops (which I always forget to request), and everyone is kind. It's nice to walk into a corporate business and have them greet you by name. Excellent business services!
