This store has never felt clean to me. Every time going to Northern PA we would stop here and each time it seemed dirtier and dirtier. Last time I took a piss and told my wife you really do want food from here.

Horrible disrespectful inept service. Ordered through Doordash, my food was left at the store. Had to make seven phone calls to resolve. Both sheetz and doordash blaming the other for the mistake, no apology. The manager of Sheetz insisted she would replace the order, and not send old cold food, then turned around and did exactly that second doordasher arrived and i received the cold inedible burger, fries and was refused refund for cold food that had sat there an hour in the store. She refused to refund my card and I'm out over $20 for an inedible lunch with a partially full fries. Horrible customer service. Sheetz has lost my family's business. We shopped here daily and had no issue until now. They handled this as passive-aggressively and rudely as humanly possible. Never again.

There was only 3 people working at this Sheetz. The employees were busting their butts and all the customers were arrogant. My food came out great and delicious even though it was a little wait.For those rude customersā¦ā¦ Sheetz isnāt a fast food place. So go home and cook a real meal for your family.

Decent service staff is nice. It's a nice place to get everything in one stop. However, if you want your car washed, it's not the place to go. Their car wash is always closed. Went to stop today 05/17/2023 the wash says open, but the little sign in the drive says closed. What's the point on having one if it's always closed.
