Brandy is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She has repeatedly changed package weights and sizes to charge us more money after we’ve already paid for labels. She has directly attacked and impacted our online business. Everyone else at this post office is amazing especially Jess, Nicole, and the new girl. But brandy shouldn’t be aloud to work with the public. I have tried many times to file a complaint down there and the post master REFUSES to give us the form. He’s protecting her when she’s a person that should not be working with the public.

All employees at the Franklin, PA are the best, cheerful and very helpful! Gone to other Post offices and this one is the best!

Enthusiastic, courteous, knowledgeable are a few words to describe the ladies that work the counter at the Post Office. Quick with a smile and friendly greeting even if the line is long. Always helpful with a suggestion if I don't know the best way to ship my items.

As part of my job, I have to go to the post office several times per week. I am always greeted with patience and friendly smiles. I love that the ladies take the time to make sure I am getting the best prices for postage, are quick to resolve an issues that might arise, and are always pleasant and welcoming.

HiI have been to other Post Offices and I have to rate this Post Office on Elk st. Franklin,PA excellent. The clerks go above and beyond their job duties! The clerks are always cheerful and extremely helpful! It's hard these days to find employees that are very conscious of there job and I rated them AAA+! My favorite Post Office!!!!

Mailed packages two times to same place first time took 4 days as supposed to take 12 business days second time paid for overnight express 1 day money back guarantee and still haven’t left it’s been 3 days and no info they claim it’s not there but it haven’t showed up anywhere else
