Only one person was there when I was at the store. Did not fix my problem. I think he want me out. So he could wait on another person who probably going to by a phone but not sure

These guys are clowns that flunked out of clown college. We here on the recommendation of a Verizon phone Rep to visit a store location to help resolve my problem. Explained my problem and what I wanted to do, they immediately dismissed me as not knowing what I was talking about saying I was wrong and started saying it was probably something else. Then started to heavily push a new phone on me in the process. All I wanted was a new sim card and maybe an activation of my phone to the account, which i was told be a Verizon phone rep would be free. Neither were I found out after getting to the store. They ended up not being very helpful and i ended up just paying for the card and leaving. Upon 10mins after getting home, my phone was activated and ready to go.I would definitely recommend people to stay clear of these clowns as you're better off going elsewhere!

This is Victra - a Verizon authorized retailer. Verizon has authorized Victra to sell their product. Verizon has not authorized Victra to help on a Verizon account, so if you want to buy a new phone or need a charger come here. If you're having account problems or need to make changes? Call Verizon directly or go to a Verizon store. If you're having problems with your iPhone I'd recommend making the trip to Erie or Pittsburgh to an Apple store. Heck, if you want to upgrade your iPhone do that too. It'll be easier. I stopped into the store with my father as he was having problems with his iPhone. We ended up getting his phone upgraded but nothing was transferred correctly despite the salesperson saying it went through fine. None of my father's info transferred including the account - it took some calls to get the new phone activated the next day. I ended up having to reset many of his settings because of the confusion. It wasn't great. But the location has all the basics you could need - cases, cords, and chargers. That was nice.

Parker was in the store and was great! Several customers came in to pay while I was there and he was friendly and helpful to them all! I needed to upgrade two phones and add three lines while I was there and he did great! I’m a happy customer!
