I would rate negative if possible. My company switched from our old local supplier to AmeriGas and the service took a nosedive from the start. Three weeks late getting the cages and new bottles to the point that we had to send our own trucks out to fill the bottles from our old supplier (which they didn't charge us to hang on to when we explained our situation for having been a longtime customer before a corporation bought us out by the way) to start with.We constantly get tanks with bad valves that either don't work at all or blast cold propane when we hook them up to our forklifts and today I hooked one up and got some seriously painful freezer burn through my gloves because the last driver that filled out didn't turn the valve all the way off.The warehouse manager told me after that he always tightens the valve since that's happened to him a few times. If I had a say in who we deal with concerning propane I would definitely axe this company but sadly our ownership wouldn't listen to me so I'm stuck with them but I strongly advise looking elsewhere.I have also heard more than a few horror stories about home heating services but I can't speak from experience since I still have oil heat that I get from Reilly.

Horrible customer service!! I had an issue with deliveries based on a mistake a driver made blocking my account and never filing any ticket with office. It took multiple escalations and frustration with foreign customer service who just disconnect calls when they don’t know the answer to finally get a call back from local office who sent a tech out that day to apologize for the mistake on their end and verify that deliveries shouldn’t be block and delivery sent immediately. I then receive a bill for a $339 service tech visit that I DID NOT ORDER. Trying to get through to get this bill removed is IMPOSSIBLE!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. . Go with a local carrier. Their call center is an India, which I’m sure everyone loves. They have missed our delivery twice now which is a real treat in a snowstorm, and no supervisor will call me back. For whatever reason I had to pay upfront this time which I wasn’t wild about doing but I would do anything I could to get the gas back for my family, and still we have nothing. I am doing everything I can to see if a local company will swap out our tank. do yourselves a favor folks do not use this firm.

Amerigas let me run out of fuel when I was on auto fill delivery. Then, they charged me for a service call and unlock fee. Impossible to resolve with remote customer service. worst customer service ever. Fix it

On my last delivery, the driver was very respectful of our property & when he finished filling of the tank he came to the door and asked if I wanted him to check the fireplace for safety & to light it.

You have no delivery schedule.Your drivers always manipulate the numbers of filled cylinders.Your drivers will not deliver and inform the company that delivery refused by the customer.Very bad service

I was getting a heads-up call before deliveries but was surprised on my last delivery. I need to want to know ahead of delivery because I have dogs and want to secure them so they don't "bug" the driver. I mentioned this to the driver and he called the office to ensure I got a "heads-up" call in the future and even confirmed my phone number. It was nice that he called and didn't just blow it off to me and tell me to call the office. Great Customer Service. Little things matter.

Wow… I was inquiring about starting 2 new accounts for 2 locations. I spoke with three different people, all were rude, and not knowledgeable. It was the strangest experience. I don’t think they need new business. Good for them, I guess!

The driver of the delivery was amazing. Scheduling service, however, was abysmal. Your process to get gas when needed is AWFUL. There is no way to contact anyone to help. There is only a call center, which just read from a script. They were very nice and professional but could not help me in any meaningful fashion.
