I’ve never used an offsite garage before, and this process at CubeSmart couldn’t have been easier. I got a tour of the facility with a very knowledgeable employee, answered all my questions, and my jeep is now there for the winter.

Manager and assistant are not in cordation.
Big storage to small storage when signed manager mentioned that you have 1week time to move and that time he didn’t mention that he is going to charge me that week now everyday he charged me $6.112666 he charged me $42. I didn’t expect this one from.
If a manager mistake that he didn’t pickup my calls even I left a voicemail after I called couple of time they did late before month and now they charged me.
I need that $42 dollars refund to me.
