Pharmacy employees have some serious attitude. Stand around and dont Acknowledge you. 30 minutes to get a prescription. When asked the wait, they respond “you’re lucky it’s not an hour”

This is for Pharmacy only... i dont know that they could find their way out of a bag. I do recommend going 10 minutes out of your way to next one... Heres why. If i wait for my perscription while there.... they forget to tell me, text.me... etc. I was there with a cold. Took so long i went to tell them i hit a wall and couldn't wait any longer. They said it had been ready, basically right after I had ordered it. But they had just been much too busy to relay that. 2 days ago was worse. Waited for awhile in right line/lane. Then saw all the signs for left lane and switched for better luck Maybe? Nope. Someone got in right lane and pharm girl came eventually to right lane. Person in cue, let me go ahead of them, but that made us both at counter. This was embarassing as my medication needed to be taken Not orally, in bold. Right on top. No privacy, got me locked up. Tried to play cool and ask about other scripts I thought I was picking up. No notice that it wasn't ready. I had to ask and then get the No. and it was like talking to a wall. Asked her how much it would be when it was ready so I could make sure it was in the budget..(my first time for said script), and short story; she wasn't allowed to tell me. My Mom died recently and it felt like I'd get lost emotionally if I stayed on this road. So I left. Don't wanna go back. AND don't know that I'd trust my scripts not to be lost in the shuffle. Seriously I'd rather do airport security with always grumpy tsa agents, than go back to Frazer CVS, (for the pharmacy). If anyone can recommend a nearby pharmacy that knows what they're doing and or takes pride in their work, or even compassionate. I'll even take compassionate and forgetful. Just. someplace else I can switch all my scripts to. Please and Thank You. Post Script. There used to be an older female pharmacist here that was lovely. I haven't seen her lately. Maybe that's the reason for the hellinahandbasket. Who knows.

Ive moved all my scripts to CVS FRAZER. As they are on top of things at all times. Such a concierge style of service. Whether it be scripts, forewarning of refills, help in the store, help with extensive photo printing assistance. Its been 2 years now with them and never once was I dissatisfied with ANY staff

Pharmacy with the worst customer service, they way they talk to customers is disgusting .I was told to come back for my prescriptions after 10 minutes I decided to wait for my medicines , the pharmacist filled in my prescription and kept it on the table and forgot about giving it to me , when I completed my wait time in fact gave them 5 minutes extra and approached them after 15 minutes , they remembered about my presriptions and told me to stand in the queue again to get my medicines , the civilian standing in the queue had the empathy to allow me to take my medicines first since he saw me standing beside to take my medicines .Worst pharmacy and worst people with worst customer service wish I could give them negative star.

This is our go to pharmacy. They have been helpful and friendly when we are there. The drive in feature makes this a true plus for me.

The Pharmacy of this CVS had been closed for about 6 months because the low pay and lack of benefits that CVS Overall and this store were offering. When it reopenned, it was a shadow of itself with under-trained, unmotivated and inadquate staff - they even have to close for an hour for lunch because there is staff for coverage.Forget any type of service for this poor excuse for a Pharmacy Team and they encourage Customers to manage their own refills including dealing with Doctors when the perscription ends. If you have Aetna Insurance, you are stuck because CVS owns Aetna. Otherwise, move your persciption to Wegmans or Target in Frazer / Malvern, where you can also get a good deal on your GoodRx purchased drugs.I am sorry, but neither the CVS in Frazer or Exton can be trusted with the healthcare of their customers. Stay there at your own risk!

Pharmacy staffs are courteous and helpful. The same cannot be said for Staffs in other part of the store. Over the last 10 years, I have seen inconsistent quality of services, depending on which store clerk I ran into. Some are impatient and rude.

Weird Experience. So i was there last night. THe store closes at 10 pm. But the register was closed at 9:45PM without any announcement. I was unable to pay with cash. There were 2 employees and im sure someone knew that there's still a customer inside the store. Huh.

It's a pharmacy. Busy like most CVS's. Great sales but not my favorite pharmacy.
