The staff here is great, ready to assist and they do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. There was an issue only once when a cashier was unable to process an online return, perhaps someone new or on rotation. The regular staff is quite efficient.

This store closes at 10pm but when I pulled up at 9:55pm the door was locked and the two cashiers glared at me angrily from the registers š Gotta love PAā¦

Pharmacist is so rude. Customer experience is really bad. Even when I have tried many times to be overly kind - the pharmacist goes out of her way to be rude. Go to a different CVS or skip CVS all together.

They did everything they could to bring down the cost of the ointment I needed. Super expensive and the stupid insurance wouldnāt cover it. Iāve been suffering for months. But 10 minutes after I applied the ointment, my swelling and cracking went down, so it was worth it even though I have to be late on my bills. The pharmacy tech was so sweet. He offered to pay for it. Iām glad his card was declined.!! Our system needs to get better to help us when we are sick and in need of medication, but the pharmacy was very helpful and telling me that this was a great choice and a good ointment. The wait was long due to their system or the doctors

Hilariously bad pharmacy. Went today 5/17. They lied to my face and told me insurance hadnāt approved my medication, called my insurance company, turns out cvs pharmacy didnāt even run the information today, it was approved by my insurance on 5/10. Tried to tell them this but the female pharmacist told me ā she doesnāt careā. If the medication is out of stock I get it, but donāt come up with another reason to tell me which is a lie. The pharmacy staff is rude as hell. God help yāall, this is too funny. Got my insurance to call you out on your lie.

Mary Jane is an excellent representative for CVS. On this day, she was working on the floor with stock, yet when I asked her for guidance to a couple of products, she immediately stopped and assisted. Her care was genuine and appreciated. Mary Jane gave exceptional customer service, and should be recognized for making this customer feel valued.

The current pharmacist, Ms. Hoang, is rude, uninformed and a miserable person to deal with. She should get her medical degree because she repeatedly takes it upon herself to lecture about medications she obviously is barely familiar with. I feel so sorry for Emily, her wonderful assistant because she cannot get a word in edgewise before Ms. Hoang takes over with her "interrogation"---every single time! ( ie You cannot take this drug w that drug- every single time!!! My specialists are all aware of the meds I am on- Really worn out from this Mom behavior thrusted upon me! I only go to this location because they have a drive thru/ I have cracked kneecap awaiting surgery so walking is challenging! Yesterday I drove up to drive thru- the drive thru metal gate covered the window and sign said Drive Thru closed- come in to pick up your prescription !! Really?? Wegman's is awesome- I see RX transfers in my forecast/ friends can pick the RXs up for me!!! Something's gotta give, CVS!!!!

I continue to have problems with this Cvs pharmacy. when my prescription is sent over and i come a day later to pick it up it is never ready and i have to wait for it, i wish I could go to an old fashioned pharmacy that knows what they are doing,

The Frazer Store 5064Front store is # 1 in the district, making customer service their priority . The front store and pharmacy staff work Together making this location as friendly, informative and personable with each visit.

This is the nicest, most well organized CVS Iāve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The shelves are stocked so nicely, they even turn every label the same way. I live the little details. The place smells so nice and the staff is always so helpful to me. Good job!!

I had vaccine appointment, but I got late. The pharmacy manger was so rude and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Though there were no patients waiting. Walgreens this is not the case, they sometime even allow walk-ins.
