The Air Conditioner in this store has been BROKEN for MONTHS. I went in this evening and couldn't believe how hot it was inside-- and tomorrow starts a record-breaking heatwave for the next week. Only one employee in the whole store who has put in over 70 hours this week, any nobody to help with stocking or registers... This is NOT OK - definitely a safety issue and a gross violation of worker rights. Dollar Tree, you need to do better by your employees 😡

Never open during their posted hours, and the manager Adam is horrible. He hangs over employees shoulders having personal and uncomfortable conversations. I often feel bad for the way he speaks to employees. One time I was shopping, and he kept talking about all the energy drinks he drinks to be awake for days. He is super unprofessional. He also posts rude handwritten signs on the door. I can't bring myself to go here anymore because of him, and that I'll never know if it'll be open when I show up 3 hours before they're supposed to close

Used to like this store but the big dude at the register on 6/8 @3:30 is really rude, condescending and unnecessarily sarcastic. The staff generally are miserable with the exception of 1.
Store is unorganized and has gone down-hill over the years.

I had an unsettling experience with the store manager, ADAM, this past weekend. As we entered the store well over an hour before closing Adam, who was outside smoking, shouted, “We’re gonna close in an hour, so make your trip quick.” We acknowledged him and continued inside, only for him to yell again, more aggressively: “I’m serious, lights will go out, I won’t check you out, and I’ll lock you in if it’s past 8.” This confrontational approach was both unnecessary and unprofessional, but we chose to move on without making a scene.
After selecting a few items, we joined the checkout line, where a young cashier was ready to assist us. At that moment, Adam returned from his smoke break and abruptly shouted at her: “Turn your light off and clock out! And don’t mess up your time sheet again!” The cashier immediately turned off her light and left, leaving us still waiting. Adam then stationed himself behind another register, silently staring at us. As we approached, he muttered, “You’re gonna wait for me to clock in.” After that, he proceeded to scan and bag our items while mumbling to himself.
This was an incredibly off-putting experience. While we certainly don’t expect special treatment when shopping, basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard. Adam’s behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial role. His lack of respect for both customers and employees reflects poorly on the store, making it clear that he is not suited for a leadership position, let alone represent Dollar Tree in any level.

This Dollar Tree has very nice cashiers there. They were very kid friendly as my youngest daughter had awaken from a nap when we entered and they did everything possible to help me quiet her down. Would recommend 10 out of 10 !

I only gave it three stars only because for some reason this particular store the shelves are never stocked now it has changed a little in the last couple months due to change of management but and they're friendly the new management is but you can't even go get the basic Dollar tree things most of the time because they're not stopped frustrating The one in phoenixville which is nearby definitely has a better selection

Well first I'd say I agree that some of the newer staff are not customer friendly. Whereas, for past years, this was not the case. I even called recently (06/2024) and after ringing a bit, the employee picked up & then hung up. I checked the Google map indicator & it stated "less busy than normal." So, again, I agree with some other reviews, there are currently some employees that are just rude. It's a shame, hopefully the owner will realize this before it further negatively impacts the customer interest & replace those with ones that are more considerate. Without foot traffic, even a Dollar Store will go under.

Why you closed at 840pm knowing it's busy and you close at 9pm. Waste of time stopping here.

Worst manager working on Christmas eve. It’s a shame having one new cashier working with a line of 20 people

With a continuous shrinking stock with over a dollar things being added, just use Temu or AliExpress. You can get the same trash from China cheaper. Also I miss your old staff. They were funny and personable. Everyone who works there now seems they would rather be on fire than in that musicless lifeless place.

I started my shopping today at the Giant food store right next door to the Dollar Tree. As I was leaving the store I decide to run into the Dollar Tree for a few items. I walk into the store with my grocery and cart and was immediately yelled at from across the store by someone who works at the store. She came walking towards me, yelling, "You can't bring that cart in here! It's too big! You are going to knock everything off my shelves! Take it up front and grab one of ours!" I was shocked at the way I was talked to; I couldn't even find the words to respond. All I could manage to say was "ok" and moved all my groceries to the Dollar Tree cart.I didn't think bringing another cart into the store was a big deal and sorry for that, but I could have been approached in a more professional manner.BUT wait it gets better.....As I am already bright red and embarrassed by your first employee another employee who is behind the register starts yelling at me too! "Girl you can't leave that cart here, take it back to its store!" At this point I have had it, I turned around and told her "Didn't you just hear your co-working tell me I could leave it there and take it on my way out?" She continued to mouth off to me as I walked away, maybe "As long as you take it back."I am floored at how I was treated as a customer today and wanted to share. I really hope this gets to the right people and is addressed.

A great place to pick up cards, reading glasses and movie candy.
