Placed a large order online the day before for a party of 30 people. Delivery was supposed to be at 11am.I tracked my order online which appeared to be on pace to arrive on time.I called about 10 minutes after 11am and was on hold for 15 minutes. Learned quickly that they do not answer their phones at this branch.I drove to the store after 11:30 where I found the pizzas were sitting there.The person that worked there said that he didn’t speak English. When another employee came in I asked why they wouldn’t have updated me that there was a delay - to which he responded that the other employee doesn’t speak English so he couldn’t communicate with me that the food was going to be late. Not a valid excuse in my opinion. I actually don’t think they would have delivered it…When I asked for them to make it right, this employee became aggressive in tone in an attempt to intimidate me and saying he didn’t have time to deal with me.I left the store quickly with the pizza because I felt that this employee could become combative and I also had a party of 30 people waiting for food.I paid for a delivery fee & provided the driver a 15% tip in advance - which I’m not sure if I’ll be refunded for.Lastly, the pizza was cold by the time I got it to the party.I’ve tried to contact Dominos corporate office or a manager to make this right, but I continue to be put through to the store which of course does not answer their phones. I’ve spent >2 hours on hold collectively.Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I ordered from Domino's and asked them to use a clean blade to cut my pizza because of my dietary needs. But they didn't listen to my request instead of saying they didn't have a clean blade and giving me the pizza without cutting . This was really disappointing and makes me question their attention to detail and customer service. I won't be ordering from them again after this experience.

I had an online order and the driver waited outside of my house for 10 minutes calling and messaging me back to back on his personal device for a tip. I would have given the tip if I hadn’t been harassed. Called the store manager and he was just as worse than his employee this store and its people is very unprofessional, my food was burnt, and prepared incorrectly. If I could give zero stars trust me I would.

Tried calling the store to place the order but nobody answered the call for 10 mins so drove another 10 mins to the store and found out that the couple of employees were just chilling out inside. When asked why no one is answering the phone they said evenings are busy so they don't answer the phones. Very weird and ridiculous store experience

Do not pick up their phone whenever you call, pretty sure it’s just off the hook 24/7. You must order online now and it’s very frustrating to get in contact with the store as you must go there or order again and tell the poor delivery driver what the problem was. Overall good food TERRIBLE CUSTOMER

Completely burnt Pizzas were given to me on a Carry Out order. When I went back to request a replacement, I was surprised with this new manager extremely rude behavior with racist comments. Worst customer service …

I had a craving for thick crust pizza. The order went thru fine. It was ready when l went to pick it up. The pizza itself was not great. The crust was doughy, uncooked. The amount of pepperoni & mushrooms was just sad. I have 2 pieces with nothing when l moved some over to give me enough to even bother eating. When l reheated it was better cuz l was able to cook the crust a little more.

Canceled my order two times with no explanation and then when you try to call you’re transferred to a call center where they don’t know what they’re saying. Poor service
