I went there to get a quick drive through exterior wash. I was not permitted to drive through myself, so the man said in broken English that I need to let him drive my car through, I said I want to sit in the passenger seat and drive through with him. He said that was not permitted, as per the owners wife, I then said well where do I wait he said I don’t know. Just a waste of my time. Very poor communication. I left and will go elsewhere.

I have always been pleased with Franklin Auto Spa until my last 2 visits. They did not secure my car mats on the hooks that Kia provides. I told them about it before they washed my car today. When I was told my car was ready the first thing I did was check the mats. They were not on the hooks. I could not get the employees to understand what I wanted. I had even told the cashier, Carlos, before I paid that I needed this done correctly. Three strikes and your out!

Sadly I was not impressed with this car wash, it was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect but based on all the good reviews I gave it a try. The vacuum job was mediocre, they didn’t even touch my back seats. I paid for the $22 wash with the wheel shine and only 2 tires had it! I should have checked over the car before I left. When I got home I had to use my cordless vacuum and re-wipe the interior. I am absolutely a perfectionist but I’d rather pay for a cheaper drive through and vacuum the interior myself than come here again. I guess I’m just confused what this place is, obviously not a full detail but not quite a do it yourself car wash?

I don’t see how this place got less than 4 stars… But every time I go there I’m satisfied. This is the only carwash I been to that is affordably priced for the service that you get. Other places either only clean the outside for cheaper or if they do clean both inside and out, it’s like twice the price! Fave auto spa to this day, even tho I no longer live in PA.

Overall disappointing. Door sills and back hatch were not wiped dry. Tire black was included but never applied.

Hasty drying of my car and almost no attention to interior despite paying $26 for extra care. This is been my same experience the last 2 to 3 times I’ve gone there. I will no longer give them my money for poor service.

I am revising my prior negative review, from late February.
I did have some concerns after my prior visit. Today the manager helped me to understand tha various options that they offer and made good on the earlier visit.

Today Tuesday March 26th extremely disappointed for $26.00 Lightening Strike no attention to detail did not wipe interior and most noticeably did NOT vacuum mats or even wipe and the tire detail is pathetic. When asked about mats just shrugged shoulders. Will not return and waste my money!!
