I don’t know about the rest of the staff but Karl is amazing. On second thought, he’s the only one who cares.

We can't speak highly enough for the manager of the store, Doug, who was outstanding with helping us with a major purchase! He was knowledgeable about the product, helpful with logistics and had a good all round sense of humor! Would to to this particular Home Depot for our next large (and small) purchases!

I heard there’s gonna be a legal mess about the general manager of the store there is supposedly going to be evidence that she said something that would be discriminatory against employees. Not only that I was in there recently, and I’m not going back because you had a very good cashier that used to work there that they decided to let go because of false claims or something they did not do or say. the same cashier did share with me about their experience in that store. Apparently they like to sing out people who try to do their job and perform their duties appropriately and ethically. the same group of people that work under Jenn clearly can’t keep their employees that are actually good and do their job. You got this person that’s a cashier that runs his mouth like he’s something to do with the cartoon. Almost like the road runner trying to talk to you. Talk very fast and he was actually talking about an employee they no longer have. I also saw the same person talk to an older gentleman in garden calling them and it thing I heard it with my own two ears. what about people like that that discriminate people do they get terminated for doing wrong of course not their buddy buddy with the little click that goes on in the store. I’m a customer that’s come here for years and very appalled to see the kind of values that this staff has shown to people that worked here. this employee that is no longer with the company that was definitely mistreated based on their polite demeanor, and going above and beyond and out of their way of doing military sign ups, and showing them and even volunteering to help them. that was a very well caring employee. They always ask how everybody’s doing. Ask if you’re having fun for the day trying to be smiles and all that don’t get why people like that get terminated from the company. but yet you got this old guy in garden that talks down to us customers when something is not going the way it should is this old man working at the store treating customers like that. He has the attitude condescending of saying it’s not my problem it’s kind of attitude. then I remember I had a question about a product that another cashier directed me to and apparently this guy is the front and supervisor. I think his name is Dan. What a joke how did they look at him as a manager? He doesn’t even have good communicating skills. Any sure seems to care only about a select few people that he feels comfortable, appraising, and working with. all I know is the Powers to be that there is going to be some exposure of this mistreatment and recording supposedly from what I hear in the grapevine for these people who are afraid to lose your job because he said she said, goes out the window when recordings are actually presented and the same formal employee has my blessing and written review that’s gonna be heard by attorneys as well as going to the EEOC Jen Potter this is for you shame on you for treating employees. The way you treat them and shame on you for thinking just because your buddy Buddy with the HR representatives higher up in the company that you can get away with anything you’re going down there’s evidence on you and clearly your voice has been recorded by a current employee in your building saying something inappropriate that clearly shows discrimination. Enjoy your money flow right now cause it’s gonna be gone soon. I hear this recording is also sent to Atlanta. anybody who’s reading this review? I would stay clear of this store and start going to Downingtown because at least the people over and downtown and take recognition for the hard workers that they have.

Home depot will destroy your home with faulty installation. Ask me how I know. Then they will give you a claim number which is only to a company called Sedgwick who are in Atlanta and they are just a third party sent to deny and delay any claim by asking you to do investigational tasks. Please don’t be dumb like I was and trust them.

Great assistance in Electrical Department, Pro Services is absolutely horrible. Multiple employees sitting around with customers waiting Sharon glares at you and just shakes her head no, to indicate she is closed

Go to literally any other store! I went to this store last weekend and spent $267 on five plants from the garden center. As I’m loading them into my car, two employees from Bell Nursery (who are contracted for the store they explained), followed me to my car and basically accused me of stealing the plants. They tried to justify it with a story about how people are pulling up flatbeds and taking all of their plants. Well then obviously the guy loading four bushes and a little Japanese maple in broad daylight must be a criminal mastermind! This was hideous customer service and borderline threatening behavior. I’ll be going to the Exton Lowe’s from now on!

The older gentleman, Randy, he also teaches at Villanova (I believe that is the one) is always so helpful, kind, ready to make sure you have everything you need and the product knowledge for you too. Amazing person!! He has helped/talked with me multiple times, always great!
