Do not use Home Depot Home Servcies to install water heaters. The subcontrcted to 1-800-heaters and the installers destroyed my basement carpet (even though I asked them to be extra cautious since it was only 1 month old), damaged my basement doorjamb and scrathced my hardwood floors leading to my basement. They then attempted to clean the rust spots by vacuuming and then using a liquid that just scrubbed the rust into the carpet. The installer then ask me to sign a form claimng I would not get the warranty if I did not sign. This was not true. I refused to sign since it was a form that acknowledged I was satisfied with the installation. I called my local Home Depot store and spoke to the manager. They were not helpful and told me I had to deal with the subcontractor.Spend a few hundred dollars more and hire a reputable plumber.

Amazing staff!!! After 5 days of not having a fridge at our new house, another store tried to deliver it to my old house and then drove away when no one answered. The store manager at Home Depot let us buy the floor model of the same fridge although it wasn’t technically available. Thanks again and we will never buy anywhere else!!

We went to both Exton and Frazier Home Depot. They only have two or one worker in flooring. I asked for help from someone name Debi for help and she was quick to get two guys for me. I waited over 20 mins in Exton and about 10-15 min but the workers don’t even care to grab someone else or get me help unless I spoke up. It is horrible. But thank god two nice men helped. If you want quick service you wouldn’t get it here.

The worst customer service! We ordered a new fridge that was supposed to be delivered over a week later between 11 and 3. At 3:30 we received a call that it would be there by 6:30. Waited for delivery until 10pm before giving up. Zero communication from the store or delivery at this point. Spoke to the manager at the call center and at HD the next day and were told there were delays and we should call into the call center to reschedule. No thank you, never again.

Just left this store after listening to an employee discuss with a customer on how Home Depot is doomed. They sat there in ear shot of many customers near the light bulbs talking trash about your company and how online sales are going to put you out of business. Then proceeded to talk a bunch of political nonsense. I was so pissed off, I called to complain only to be told that your store doesn't have a manager. When I told them that I had a complaint they transfered me to a phone that no one picked up. after about 5 minutes, I was disconnected. It's never good to talk politics at work and even worse to trash the company that you are working for, AT WORK!!! Very disappointed to see clearly unhappy employees at this store. I've never heard such garbage from an employee before.

Employees: A plus. THIS store? F minus. What kind of business TURNS OFF all the parking lot lights in the middle of the night? I suppose it must be MEN; who assume women won't come to their establishment after nightfall. I parked in an unlit area of their lot, consequently, I felt nervous and very uncomfortable wheeling my purchases to my car. I will never give the Frazer Home Depot my business ever again. The level of danger/stupidity is untenable for me. Postscript: Keep NOT lighting your parking lot at night: that's a potential lawsuit just waiting to happen. As for me? I'm taking my home repair needs to ANY other Home Depot that ISN'T this location.

the fridge I bought makes quite loud noise intermittently. not a good purchase. home depot played bait and switch for appliance purchase in my case. they promised to take them back if i didn't like it. once delivered home depot refused to take it back and set me up with GE service. they dragged me like this for 1 year promising and refusing to take fridge repeatedly after each technician failed to fix the issue. finally my warranty ran out after one year. never buy appliances from home depot is the lesson i learnt from horrible customer service night mares i went through from home depot and ge. Buy them from costco or else where you can return them and store accepts it. Rating = 0.

Boycott Home Depot! They don’t treat our veterans with respect or the dignity they deserve. I was also asked to leave when I inquired about the veterans discount. Go to Lows where our Veterans are respected!

Very disappointing. Had a nice selection and good prices on refrigerators. Let salesperson know it was important to only look at refrigerators that could be delivered next day since tenants had no working refrigerator. She said would be delivered next day with a heads up phone call when they were on their way. We also indicated there was one flight of steps. (We used HH Gregg for many years, great service and no hassle delivery. Sorry they are no longer in business). Still no sign of refrigerator, two days later. Spoke to salesperson twice, still no response, been three hours and she said she would call right back. Never go back.

I am not kidding when I tell you that they would not let me pay my bill in person. The account is in my husbands name and because I didn't have his ID, they would not let me make a payment. I had a copy of the statement but evidently I needed to have statement page with a barcode on it. The manager was useless. I called the card number on the statement and they took the payment with NO ID. So I can make a payment over the phone with no ID but I can't make a payment IN PERSON with my own ID. Epic incompetence

It was my first visit to Home Depot and was guided by the staff in a proper way for the item that I was searching. Found the item and had good selections. The prices seem to be a bit more compared to other super stores for a regular item found in such stores but the premium is for having multiple selections which the other stores lack. The store is at a good location and the approach is confusing particularly if using a GPS and coming from Malvern since it shows a wrong way. Thankfully Home Depot have recognized this and have a signboard to help.
