We needed a fairly major repair performed, it was still drivable, they got my car in within 2 weeks and we got it back the next day. A week later I noticed an oil leak, I called Kenshin and he got me in the next day, they repaired it and cleaned up the mess at no charge.
I would recommend this shop, very polite, great service at a reasonable price.

It's really hard to find this level of genuine and honest service shops. What amazing people! I just got my BMW serviced for both front and rear rotor brakes and pads, and they proactively took ownership to do my inspection since it was expired. Very reasonable charges and amazing people.

Excellent service. Came in with a tire leak and they were able to work on it immediately and I was done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I have received multiple services on both of my cars from this place. I have a bmw x5 and a audi. I can say that once they fix a problem, I never returned again for that issue. I really appreciate their commitment to making sure it is done correct.

you could not ask for anything more from an auto shop. mike and his staff are friendly and trustworthy. they charge a fair price - sometimes half of what you'd be charged elsewhere - and they don't do things your vehicle doesn't need. they have helped me and my friends and family save thousands of dollars over the years. the company i work for also sends most of our fleet there, and they do the same great job with those vehicles and our staff. i cannot recommend this place highly enough, especially for people who are tired of being ripped off and lied to about what their car needs. thanks guys!

Mike & Ralph are hands down the BEST. So much so I almost didn't want to leave a review because then so many people would be flocking to their shop my wait time will go up lol! But, they deserve the review for their OUTSTANDING service. I have been using K&S since I got my license 26 years ago and I cannot say enough good things about them. Most recently my work van started running rough on 202 so I pulled over and found out I did not have my code scanner with me to find out what was going on. I suspected a misfire. I called and spoke to Mike who said bring it right over and he will se what he can do. I limped my van the few miles to the shop and not one min after pulling in he was out there and confirmed my suspicion with a misfire on cylinder 4. He called to get the coil which arrived from the parts distributor 20 min later. Straight up they had my van fixed and back on the road within one hour. I am so grateful for these folks, their amazing customer service and their outstanding workmanship. These mechanics put the A in Class A mechanics. Literally the best around hands down.
