ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANK!!! I have worked in banking for several years and I never met such an incompetent staffing (besides the tellers). I requested for a document given to me by the bank itself to be put on letterhead and I was denied by this branch after everything was verified, i.e. the branch that gave it to me to the branch that's closest to my home. This is a common practice among many banks I worked for and to have this request be completely disregarded and to throw the request back to the branch where I requested the information is extremely incompetent, unprofessional and a waste of time. The branch closest to me was going to have me drive MILES because they didn't want to accommodate me. I asked for a call back from the manager and never received any communication just to find out he left for the day before calling me. I am completely repulsed and appalled because I used to work for this company and the banker; Shereen Elkachouty was completely disrespectful, unprofessional and combatted my request at every turn. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! THERE IS MUCH MORE COMPETENCY AT A WALMART THAN THIS BRANCH.

This bank and branch are useless. They close accounts without justification after making you jump through all the hoops. I wouldn’t bank with Key. Tip for the Bank executives maybe rename the bank to KEYLESS bank because your back office sucks and can’t provide reasonable responses.

Well, my husband, Jim had a great deal to say about his Father's dealing with a bank rooted in Ohio, as he was also be being born in East Liverpook, Ohio! After a few bumps, in getting one of his accounts opened in Frazer, Pa. Every thing was taken care of Geoff and the multi a talented tellers and other officePersonnel took care of him, a first responder from the VA who has been criss-crossed in many of our cirrounding counties during the Covid-19 virus and so many lives changed or being chained by the economy, banking should not be hard, and all the staff there with Geoff saw to it wasn't. Very pathetic customer service. Jannise is very rude. I have had the worse bad lying experience. I cant wait until the new year and I am closing my accounts down. Stay away frm this bank. Just opened bank account but when I checked my ssn history there was a already hard inquiry for credit check. Who the hell give permission to Jannise to apply for credit card ? She forced me to apply c.card just so she get the commission. Very rudly behave with the customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH

I highly recommend Keybank for all your personal and business needs. They offer fantastic rates and a large range of products to assist with any situation. Matt Simmers, the branch manager, is friendly and knowledgeable, making this bank feel small even though it is big enough to cover all your lending and banking needs.

This branch gave me a very positive experience. I was able to refinance my mortgage and set up a IRA very easily with them. I worked with george marinelli and he really made the process very easy. They also reached out to me a couple times a month to check in and make sure everything is going well.

I always love coming in here. The tellers are super friendly and working with the bankers privately is always a breeze. Banking here is always a pleasant experience and I actually prefer it to doing banking online. A+

Banking at Key Bank has always been a great experience. Everybody is very friendly, especially the branch manager, Matt Simmers, who makes sure to say hello to me every time I walk in. I would recommend them to anybody for their personal or business banking, as they are very accessible to talk about your whole financial picture.
