I received first-class service and beautiful repair of my Kia Soul after I was hit by a deer. The manager handled the entire process with kindness, honesty and efficiency. He even personally touched up several scratches on my car that weren’t part of the damage and the final bill. Thank you, CarStar and Jim, for making a difficult and costly experience bearable and even pleasant.

Carstar did a great job repairing my car after someone hit my front bumper in a parking lot (which causes a surprising amount of damage despite my car having been parked!). Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and I received timely updates throughout the process. Despite the extensive repairs needed, they finished the work relatively quickly. When I picked up my car, it looked good as new, and they had even detailed the inside and out beautifully! I couldn’t be happier with the service.
