Edit: When I go to a barber, I expect a proper haircut—just like I expect a good meal at a restaurant. If I ever come back to your shop, how can I trust that you’ll actually cut my hair properly? I’m tired of these awful haircuts, so I’m lowering my rating.

Jocelyn did a great job giving my 2 sons haircuts to start the school year. She was alone in the shop and still gave great haircuts and talked to them while doing it.
