I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.

There's nothing like hearing "I'm trying to clear these people out of the aisle" when you're trying to put a 200lb lawnmower box on your cart, that's what two ignorant Home Depot employees who closed the aisle for some unknown reason (it wasn't customer related) said last night at the frazer store, most of these associates are in the wrong line of work

Horrible customer service. Purchased a new GE freezer, defective upon delivery. Customer service was useless. I had to contact GE directly for repair on a brand new freezer. For this purchase, $100 was deducted from a HD gift card by mistake. The store's Assistant Operation Manger was very rude and refused to credit the money back to my card. HomeDepot (Frazer PA) do not care about their customers. I would avoid this store and go to the one in King of Prussia, which is great.

I have purchased at least 10 appliances at the Home Depot!!!! This last refrigerator is the very last I will purchase at Home Depot!! They have been no help to the problems I have had!!!! The drivers were terrible-and they left with all the hoses that they refused to hook up my new refrigerator with the ice maker!!!! Once again we called Home Depot at least 5 times and no one would help!!!! I have now hired a plumber and yes there is water running to the ice maker, and now the ice maker is not making ice!!!!! Home Depot has offered NO HELP!!!! How do they get away with ripping off dedicated customers!!!!

By far the worst customer service ever experienced! I went in on my lunch break to look for the clip that removes/replaces broken Christmas light bulbs and all 3 sales associates were useless.The first lady I asked pointed and said, "If we do, it's in the Christmas section", then walked away. The second person I asked in the Christmas section said, "If we have it, it would be in the corner over there." The guy I asked who was standing there said, "I have no clue."

We bought a dishwasher almost a month ago and they have postponed delivery several times. We will not buy a major appliance from them again.

I have always felt that the customer service and knowledge of the staff here was above the other box stores nearby. This was recently reinforced. The team there is burdened with an incompetent third party responsible for the delivery of appliances. As a former VP of sales for a fortune 100 company, I want to single out Jeremy, the specialties manager, Deb C, manager of appliances and Bill the assistant manager. They all worked hard at making sure the customer deserves attention in spite of their horrible delivery contractor, GE delivery. I had ordered a refrigerator and was told delivery was going to be today. Oops. They lost it and told me, oh well, maybe next week. This team, worked diligently with the contractor and when they got nowhere with them, they made sure that I remained a loyal customer. Thank you Jeremy.

There were employees with masks over their noses and a customer was shopping away with no mask on. When I asked an employee about their mask policy he said they were told not to approach people who don’t wear a mask. Irresponsible HD. Deeply disappointed and will go to Lowe’s from now on.

Had to buy a battery to fix and issue with the FIOS backup box. Turns out the box was bad and Verizon had to bypass it which left me with a battery I didn't need. Home Depot took the battery back without a receipt just by swiping the same card I used to buy it with. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes, and the lady at customer service was very friendly and helpful during the return.

We went to both Exton and Frazier Home Depot. They only have two or one worker in flooring. I asked for help from someone name Debi for help and she was quick to get two guys for me. I waited over 20 mins in Exton and about 10-15 min but the workers don’t even care to grab someone else or get me help unless I spoke up. It is horrible. But thank god two nice men helped. If you want quick service you wouldn’t get it here.

The worst customer service! We ordered a new fridge that was supposed to be delivered over a week later between 11 and 3. At 3:30 we received a call that it would be there by 6:30. Waited for delivery until 10pm before giving up. Zero communication from the store or delivery at this point. Spoke to the manager at the call center and at HD the next day and were told there were delays and we should call into the call center to reschedule. No thank you, never again.

Just left this store after listening to an employee discuss with a customer on how Home Depot is doomed. They sat there in ear shot of many customers near the light bulbs talking trash about your company and how online sales are going to put you out of business. Then proceeded to talk a bunch of political nonsense. I was so pissed off, I called to complain only to be told that your store doesn't have a manager. When I told them that I had a complaint they transfered me to a phone that no one picked up. after about 5 minutes, I was disconnected. It's never good to talk politics at work and even worse to trash the company that you are working for, AT WORK!!! Very disappointed to see clearly unhappy employees at this store. I've never heard such garbage from an employee before.
