I went into that Verizon store with so many problems and Jeff, who I believe is the manager, went out of his way to straighten them all out for me. I left a very happy customer.

I can’t say enough good things about the AMAZING customer service this store offers. I was upgrading 5 phones and an IPad. Chris was very efficient in making that happen despite having to jump through hoops. He even stayed very late past closing to try to fix a glitch in the system. And then there is Jeff…just an all around nice guy who knows his stuff - figuring out a complex issue with my phone that was driving me crazy. Will be my new Verizon store moving forward…

When this was an independent store it was fabulous. Since verizon took it over it’s terrible and it has the most ignorant employees ever. If Comcast and T-Mobile were smart, they would go to commercials outside the store about why no one should ever choose verizon

What a wonderful, stress-free experience at the Fraser Verizon...small branch but big customer service! Chris Mitchell spent a lot time with me helping me get the best plan and equipment for my situation. He even stayed beyond closing time on a Sunday to make sure I was set up properly...the BEST Verizon experience I've ever had. Keep up the good work! I'll be back...and will refer to friends and family!

I went into the Frazer Verizon store to return some old FiOS equipment and paid my wireless bill at the same time. The 3 Employees there where very friendly and courteous, and they took care of my needs. I really appreciate there time and effort!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Chris I believe his name was taller fella. Came in the store slamming and complaining about his terrible terrible day he was having! He refused to take my return after I asked him how much the restocking fee was? and had a total meltdown in front of everyone even saying he would call the police on me? for no reason at all...I just wanted to return my product. If you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on customers! Have a nice day :)

Bought a phone on sunday, January 14th. Service person was not to my satisfaction.Came back and Marc C. Was great. Fixed the problems and was very nice to work with. Got all my photos as well as many other things back.Thank you Marc.

Chris is amazing help! I highly recommend him. he is professional and doesnt jerk you around with pricing. He helped me and my husband get a new phone and transferred everything from my old one to my new one. He is a must see at the Verizon store.
