Very impressed with Window Genie. Reached out a couple of days ago, and Manager, Chuck, and his assistant Denise, got right back to us…-and was able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. Bobby and Seth came out to clean our windows. Very professional…. No nonsense….got the job done in a timely manner…That being said, there are multiple window cleaners out there… that will totally rip you off…Not the case …with Window Genie!

Amazing job by Window Genie of Malvern- our job was done by Pierce and Dylan who went above and beyond to take an old scratched up very large great room window and make it look like new. Saved us a lot of money not having to replace it, great job w the UV protective tent. They take pride in their work were very polite, clean, on time and we’re a pleasure to have work with. Highly recommend this company and their services. Thank you!

I got my brick sprayed for $400 some dollars and it literally looked the exact same. I called and talked to them, they came back out, would only give me 50 bucks back, or to try again and again, looked the exact same after the 2nd time.

I couldn’t be happier with WG. This is the 2nd season we’ve had them in. We had 11 of their staff at the house this week to do every window and anything glass inside and out. I contacted Window Genie to clean the windows in our home, and the office staff was friendly and well informed. She offered several dates to perform the service and was willing to accommodate my schedule. The team (two college men) showed up at exactly the scheduled time. Before entering my house, they took off their shoes. They informed me exactly what they would be doing. They worked efficiently and safely-- for example, when a ladder was needed, one climbed, the other secured it so there was no danger of the ladder slipping and causing injury to them or my possessions. Window Genie did a great job, not only will I use them again, I will also recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Window Genie did my entire house and conservatory in one day. The windows had not been done since Covid and now they shine. Unfortunately, one of our 20 year old windows got stuck in the up position. The workers tried to get it down but couldn't. The owner came to our house after 5:00 to make sure he could get the window down for us. Excellent experience. They were very helpful and easy to work with. We had an issue with our gutter guards and they came out promptly not once, but twice to help us. It was nice dealing with a company that cares about their customers.

Window Genie installed Holiday Lights on my house. This is a service that their name may not suggest they do. But they did an excellent job on my house (roof only - the eaves). House looks very pretty after the lights were put up and lit. They will also take down the lights, at no additional cost.Do check them out for your Holiday Lighting.At first glance they may seem a bit pricey. But compare with other companies and you will realize that they offer very competitive prices.The Customer facing agents on the phone are also very responsive and polite.
