“I took my car in last week for a Check Engine light that suddenly appeared after getting gas. I stopped in to see if the service dept could help me and they sure did. I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. I was in and out in 15 minutes...Thank you Scott!”
“So here’s what happened. I paid for Prime parking at the Pilot in Bentleyville PA from Friday through today (Monday) the parking expires at 15:00. At 14:00 I received a call from my dispatcher letting me know that the manager at the Pilot just had my trailer towed and gave me the contact info for Jason with Complete Service.
Jason noticed the parking permit taped on the trailer and felt like something wasn’t right, but the manager was much less than professional and demanded he take the trailer. Understandable that he had to do his job.
You know what else he did? He did not charge me all the normal fees that would usually be charged for going to the trailer, hooking it and towing it. He charged me a very reasonable fee of $150 and left my trailer in a very easy spot for me to hook to it and pull it out. He was professional and really friendly.
Fellow truckers, if you need a tow or service, please consider Complete Service Center. I can say with confidence that you will be treated fairly and with professionalism and respect.”

“This was a hidden gem! First, they specialize in Hondas. I was having a problem with my timing belt. They noticed and wisely advised me to leave it there. They were not only able to correctly identify the problem, but squeezed me into an already packed schedule. They had new belts n pumps on in a day, and had the car ready for me the next day! “Never give 5 stars, but you won't find a better mechanic. He is fair and honest. Explains everything wrong with your vehicle and gives you options. Never left there feeling robbed.Update. Had my jeep in the shop, before I went to pick it up, my wife got hit by an uninsured driver in our other car. Don, seen the damage, seen the bill for the jeep and told us to pay as we could.
