Fairview Swiss Cheese is a hidden gem. The staff is always friendly and the prices can’t be beat. Customers buy all of their cold cuts from FSC. The deli is full and the Swiss cheeses are made in‑house. Customers buy chunks of the four cheeses and love them. They make it a regular stop. The store also sells pre made pizza bread, Fairview swiss, honey ham, turkey breast, and Garlic Cheese which is quite good. Customers use it for toasted cheese sandwiches.
The cheese was very good and very high quality. They have a lot of unusual assortments that are good. They do take EBT if you have that. They have lots of dips to go with the cheese and the meats. They also have other snacks and drinks. Definitely a good place to get deli meat too.

We love coming here. The Swiss cheese is great, particularly the Gran Opaggio, but the other deli meats and cheeses they offer are high quality too and surprisingly affordable. And don’t sleep on the mustards by the register too.
