We have used other self storage companies in the past. But our experience with Cathy and Freedom Rd Storage has been outstanding. Cathy is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her as she assisted us through the process. The grounds are very well maintained and secure. The units are also in great shape. Would highly recommend Freedom Rd storage to anyone in need of a unit.

They are a great storage facility. Reasonably priced, Cathy is great to work with. Lockers are always in good condition.

This is a well-maintained facility, and a great value so close to Cranberry. I like the personalized service; the manager takes time to find out what you need and show multiple options for storage units. Their communication is good, for example I once left one of my two units unlocked and the same day they put a temporary lock on and called me! I've been with them for more than a year with three different units, and really appreciate the flexibility and fair pricing. The only thing I'd say is, let them know what you're storing because in some of the units the concrete floor gets damp (no leaks, just ground water, it's PA) and they'll find something that works for what you're storing.

Very good overall. Love the fact that they have a gate entrance with 24/7 access. Storage unit was clean. Was able to quickly get a unit and cancel it as needed without hassle. Friendly staff. A little bit pricey but I think you get your money worth, knowing that your stuff is secure

Overall a very good facility. Easy access, clean and price is very reasonable. The door to the climate control area is in rough shape and needs work. Also hall lighting could be better.
