It's a convenient store to have in town. Had to complain to corporate about the litter building up around their store when it first arrived. They keep it fairly clean now. The building is too small for the products, always seems messy, but I always seem to find what I want. The staff I've dealt with are friendly and polite, including young staff, which is a rarity.

Be aware that the store is taking advantage of customers. I have been noticing that prices on the shelve are price we see; and they charge you higher amounts at register. You question this and are told "we didn't have time to change those price tags". 3 weeks ago 3.00 roll of tape as advertised, I'm charged 8.50 and leave store w/o product. Last night on a whim, needed something quick and bought a frozen pizza, and was charged double. A bag of chicken tenders same issue- however my credit card was in the process of approving and they would would not let me cancel transaction. Dollar Store is ripping people off knowingly. Watch your pocketbook when in Dollar Store in Freeland

This place is not friendly to the handicapped. Delivery truck drivers think the handicapped parking is a loading zone. I actually get cursed at and threatened with violence for using the handicapped parking spots legally. All captured on video and the business does nothing about it every time.
