“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”

“The cargo van was much nicer than I expected. It was immaculate and seemed brand new. Although it was very large, it was very easy to drive. The staff member went out of her way to help by suggesting a slightly later estimated return time due to expected weather conditions which I didn't know about, and she made sure I did not incur a late fee even though I returned 30 minutes later than the revised time. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again in the future.”

“I'm a Penske Logistics driver on the Constellium account. I came here after hours needing a place to park for a customer in Whitehall. (Pennsylvania Steel). The gate was closed but a staff member came to the gate to ask if I needed help. I told him my situation and he brought a manager out to talk to me. I told the manager my needs and my customer location. We talked about what time I could leave and he instructed me where to park. He then opened the gate and let me in. Very friendly, professional and helpful.”
