The turn to get to the credit wasn't quite as good as getting to the area. And on certain areas to turn . Weren't quite precise. A few times I mad a wrong turn and took longer getting home”

They were nothing but patient and understanding gave him a lollie to keep him busy. Opened my accounts with no issues explaining all I needed to know. I got to talking about loans because I am in the process of trying to get approved and they were very patient and answered all my stupid questions I had with kindness. I had a great experience here. “So.... recently I had been struggling with understanding my current bill statement for my HELOC loan.
I spent hours at different times looking at it and doing math to try and figure it out with no luck.
I normally make my payments at the Murrysville branch so I went there to try to get some help.
When I went there without an appointment, the manager was in a meeting with some other customers so I went to the teller.
He helped me by giving me a toll free number for the loan department. So, I called them and they asked what branch I got the loan at and I told them the Tarentum Bridge Road branch.
The lady on the phone was helpful somewhat but couldn't help me completely. She said she would contact the branch where I got the loan and have them contact me.
So, this morning, I took a ride to the Tarentum Bridge Road branch to see if I could get some mental relief from this issue.
The Assistant Branch Manager, Leisha Scalise, is God Sent! She spent almost 2 hours helping me getting my issue straightened out so I could understand my bill now.
If you ever need a bank, I recommend this bank.
Leisha was AWESOME and if I ever have a problem in the future, she's going to be who I go see!!!”
