Great response time and they pick up the phone. I have called on Saturday mornings 3x and they have been there. Have a problem? They respond. John, Mike, every tech I’ve dealt with have fixed any issues I’ve had and timely. Very happy with Salsgiver for our personal and business needs. Thanks for providing our services.

I can't thank Salsgiver enough for going above and beyond about helping us with our internet problem. John M came to our house (twice) to identify what the problem may be. He was very courteous and friendly. Spoke with another John and he also was extremely helpful. This is one of the few, if any companies left that have the best customer service. Do not waste your time. This company is a rip off. They charge you an arm and a leg for extremely slow internet.
