Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!

Awesome experience today at Aero. I had bought some shorts in store over the weekend and after getting them home and trying them on they were not the right fit for me. I came in today to exchange and unfortunately they didn’t have the 5.5 inch inseam in stock. Cole the key holder on staff was super helpful with returning the shirts and getting them ordered online to be delivered. 10/10!

I an not happy with this company. I went into the store to purpose some items and they did not have a variety of sizes everyone is not a size 0 my granddaughter is 12 years old and still cant wear there clothes that is in the store why should i have to shop on-line. i did not even want to give one star but it wont let me comment if i do not put a star.

Line forming to registers is not clearly marked or understood for very busy for back to school shoppers but the staff seemed friendly and managed the chaos well. The store had plenty of selections!

Love the store, they have mens and women's clothing. Good prices and love how the sellers treat you. Definitely will be back to this store.

I understand that there is a pandemic going on. But I waited until the Mall reopened so that my daughter could try try clothes on instead of buying on line. I don't know her size.I waited approx 1/2 an hour outside the store.After I'd waited all that time. The person at the door told me that we couldn't try clothes on. The fitting rooms were closedI only went because my daughter needed to try on so that I know her sizeAfter waiting half an hour, this was probably something I should have been told when I GOT into line instead of telling me AFTER I'd waited half an hourHow inconsiderate is that
