Went in to trade 2 pair of jeans and the 2 young ladies where super awesome no problems at all definitely going back to this store they made me feel like family upon the way the treated me.

I visited this store yesterday for the first time and was greeted by staff. I had to do a return from an online purchase.
The manager Jamie was so kind. I was able to exchange the jeans for what I was originally looking for. I was really impressed on how nice and welcoming he was.
I am looking forward to going back and purchasing some sweaters. I just might have found my new favorite clothing store.
I am usually a hand-me down type of person, it feels good to shop at a high quality store. I will be back! Thanks staff!

Shopped in Whitehall, PA store today at approximately 12:30. Absolutely no customer service. Was not greeted or offered help. When I asked for fitting room to be unlocked was told “give me a minute”. Then told “whatever you don’t want just chuck here”. Came out in my stocking feet to get a different size and still no offer of help. What may have been the Supervisor behind counter was more involved in what might have been filling orders. Whole experience disgraceful and I am a retail executive myself. Would never return to this location. When you recently reopened this store after renovation you forgot the customer service coaching moment.

Great store with a lot of variety. Found everything I needed in my size. I love that this store has super small(000)sizes to plus sizes(xxl). All styles are available no matter what your body shape. They are running some good holiday sales so I recommend stopping in to check it out.

Hi, I went to American eagle at the mall looking for some nice jeans for school. Then I picked some jeans and then I try them on in the try on room. When I walked I said that I am a petite and I need smaller jeans. He asked me to try a 000, so I said ok and I got two jeans in 000. I tried them on and it was too tight so I got a 00, and they were a little baggy but it was all right. They let me in to the changing room every time I asked to go in and the workers were very nice. The doors in the dressing room when you close them they were a bit loud though. And someone can easily stand up on the ledge where you sit down to maybe peek over if they're tall enough. Maybe 5'11-6'0 ish. But I still love their jeans and the place is very nice. Aerie is also good too. Overall great place!!
