Poor customer service, We bought screen protector for new i phone we purchased from the store and they told us it comes with 2 year warranty. We went after few months due to crack in the screen protector and apple store manager Rick declined to provide us replacement. Initially they ask for receipt when we present proof of purchase with the date it was bought they simply refuse to provide us replacement. According to store manager Rick Apple does not provide support for accessories sold in store. All warranty claims or issue we need to contact manufacturer. No other information provided to contact anyone at APPLE or the manufacturer of the product.

Was told it would be 20 minutes for an Apple technician to assist me with a family estate issue. After an hour I was told there is 0 assistance offered by Apple Stores at the brick and mortar level. I was told I can go online to Apple support, this information would have been beneficial earlier and would have saved an hour of my life. If employees were properly trained on what Apple stores capabilities are or follow up every 15 minutes instead of an hour this Apple experience would have been better.

It’s not often I take a minute to write a review, but I had literally the best experience today at Lehigh Valley Apple. I was assisted by Jack who took the time to help me wipe my old mac and trade it in for a new one, answering all of my questions and just genuinely being a really cool and down to earth person— something you rarely find in customer service workers anymore. He was so nice and did everything he could to make sure I got everything done in a really short amount of time. When the mouse I brought in wouldn’t work, Mark came in to save the day by getting a new mouse connected and stuck around to make sure we got everything figured out. Both of these guys were super awesome to work with and so so helpful. I’d recommend this Apple store anytime as long as Jack and Mark are scheduled to be here. Thanks for the help guys— you’re the best!!

I picked up my phone from Apple Leigh Valley PA store and Richard Help me. He was extremely courteous, patience and helped with transferring. He also made sure before I left that all my needs were meet and I had no other issues or concerns.

Don’t go into this store without an appointment!!! They didn’t even acknowledge me after making eye contact with multiple associates. I went in on a weekday knowing they wouldn’t be too busy. I won’t be returning.

You’d think walking into the Apple Store on iPhone 17 Pro Max release day would be like stepping into the Hunger Games, but nope — these guys had it completely under control. I came in ready to trade in my old phone, probably holding up the line with a million “annoying” questions, and instead I walked out with a brand-new iPhone faster than it takes Siri to misunderstand me.
Huge shoutout to Brandon, who deserves an award (or at least unlimited Lightning cables) for his patience and professionalism. He answered every single one of my questions without once rolling his eyes — and trust me, I tested him. Smoothest phone upgrade I’ve ever had.
Apple Store Lehigh Valley, y’all turned what I thought would be a chaotic, stressful day into a quick, easy, actually enjoyable experience. Bravo 👏🍏📱

On September 17th 2025, I was denied service. I attempted to trade in an iPhone and get a new one; however they told me that they did not have time. Completely unacceptable.

My new-to-me iPhone locked me out, and I tried everything Google and YouTube recommended. I decided to try the Apple store on my way home and was so glad I did.
The check-in person checked me in as an express case and I waited less than 2 minutes before someone came to my assistance.
He quickly explained what he would do to solve the problem. After it was solved, he even set up my phone for me so that my latest backup from my iPad would transfer to my phone.
I left a very happy camper and I thanked God that I've learned that not everything can be solved on your own.
Yay Apple store and yay God!
